Thank you for shopping with Natbebe.co.uk. We hope you love our products as much as we do!

Natbebe ships internationally, with all orders dispatched from our warehouse based in Manchester, United Kingdom. All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS. We aim to dispatch your order the same day for orders placed before 3pm and next working day dispatch for all orders placed after 3pm.

UK – Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) £2.49 to £3.49

First Class (next working day) £4.99

Europe

Standard EU Shipping (10-15 working days) £12

US and Canada

International Shipping (10-25 working days) £20

Rest of the world

International Shipping (10-25 working days) £25

Delivery times are all estimates provided by our courier delivery partners. However, these, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Natbebe is not accountable if an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer.  Once your order left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming your complete order details and tracking information.

Our working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Products out of stock

If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to order and will be marked as “sold out.” However, you can pre-order and complete the transaction. The delivery date will be on the product description.

Tax Duty Charge (outside of UK)

Customs and duty fees are not including in the final price of the order. Once your order is dispatched and reaches the destination country, if there are any applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for a specific country, do not hesitate to contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
