All our products undergo a stringent quality control check before dispatch. In case of any issues or damage, you have ten days from the day of shipping to check if the products are in good condition.

If you decide that the item is deemed faulty, you can return it to us, but we will not reimburse postage costs, and photographic evidence of your product displaying a fault is required. Please note that any product you return needs to be in the same condition it was delivered. The items you wish to return must be saleable, unused with the original tag and packaging.

The refund will be made once we receive the items. Unfortunately, we will hold no liability for the items damaged in transit, lost, or stolen.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept ‘change of mind refunds, returns, or exchanges due to health and hygiene. Please check your order carefully before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling, and incorrect use of our products.

We cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not provide a refund or exchange on any stained products. Please read our safety and cleaning instructions underneath of each product to avoid staining.
